Refund policy
We want every purchase at Motirox to feel confident and risk-free. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are processed, and what to expect if something isn’t right with your order.
When a Return Is Accepted
Return requests can be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Arrive in the same condition as received
- Be unused, unworn, and unmodified
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
- Be linked to a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Starting a Return Request
All returns must be approved before shipping.

After review and approval, you will receive:
- Return authorization confirmation
- An official return label
- Step-by-step return instructions
⚠️ Important:
Packages sent without prior approval or without the provided return label will not be accepted.

Issues on Arrival (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect or not what you ordered
Contact us immediately at service@motirox.com. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (including food, plants, or flowers)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Shipping fees paid at checkout
The following are final sale and non-refundable:
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
Motirox does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
- Submit a return request for the original product
- After approval, place a new order for the replacement item
This approach allows for faster processing and accurate inventory availability.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer protection laws.
During this period, you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
This right is separate from and does not replace Motirox’s standard 30-day return policy.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at service@motirox.com.
Return Shipping Location
Returned items must only be shipped after receiving official return authorization and using the return label provided by Motirox. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
