What Happens After You Place an Order?

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Includes verification, quality checks, and packing

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer—but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Step 2: Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

  • No post-purchase shipping charges

Delivery Time Expectations

After your order ships, typical delivery times are:

  • Home Interior Care Essentials, Cleaning & Detailing Essentials Collection: Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment.
  • All Other Products:
    Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after shipment

Orders may be shipped from U.S warehouse or international fulfillment centers depending on product availability.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update
  • Short gaps in tracking activity are normal and don’t mean your package is lost

Taxes, Duties & Customs

  1. U.S. orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on local regulations
  2. International orders (if available):

Need to Change or Cancel an Order?

We begin processing orders quickly to avoid delays.
