All purchases are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery timeframes provided through the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Motirox is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Motirox operates independently but uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. All purchases and transactions are strictly between you and Motirox.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, customer service, or disputes and release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions conducted through the Services.
